There have been many papers and studies on the topic on the 3 Dark Traits which create sociopathy (Narcissism, Machiavellism, and Psychopathy), but there’s been less focus on the benefits and traits of The Light Triad.

The Light Triad has been identified as: Faith in Humanity (belief people tend to be good and try heir best), Humanism (people across all backgrounds deserve respect and appreciation), and Kantianism (that individuals are not pawns to be used).
